ONLINE VISAS
We are the only company in the market that offers this service directly from Vietnam. You can obtain a Vietnamese visa without leaving your house or office and we can send the promissory receipt to directly to your email address.
Everything takes place via e-mail. Our offer includes the entire range of tourist and business visas, both single and multiple entry. The whole process is transacted without delay and payment shall be made via a Polish bank account.
PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING VISAS ONLINE (VISA ON ARRIVAL):
1. Scan the information page of your passport and email it to Polviet. In the absence of a scanner please fax photocopies instead.
2. Notify us of your intended DATE OF ARRIVAL, and indicate your preference re a SINGLE or MULTIPLE entrance visa.
3. Conclude payment of visa fees in accordance with the rates set out below.
4. Visas will be issued within 5 working days (from the day they are booked and/or when the fees have been deposited). Prommissory notes guarantee entry into Vietnam.
5 The emailed visa document must be printed by the holder prior to traveling and carried on his/her person throughout the journey to Vietnam.
6. On arrival to Vietnam, go to the VISA ON ARRIVAL (LANDING VISA) window and then:
a) complete the standard ENTRY CARD TO VIETNAM (ARRIVAL CARD)
b) pay the stamp duty in U.S. dollars
c) attach 2 passport type photos
d) attach your printed entry promissory note
7. A visa is then pasted into your passport.
CHECKLIST
a) clearly PRINT information on all forms
b) MUST bring USD to pay for Landing Visa – Airport officials DO NOT change money or accept other foreign currencies
c) Have 2 passport photos. (color, no headgear, 3x4cm format)
d) Have a valid passport - at least 6 months from the date of entry. In the case of long-term visas - at least 6 months from the date of expiry of the visa.
